2014 chevy cruze. Got 6 months ago. Had a recal this year and 2 times i took it to them before they had fixed the recall. Im about to be trading my car in to get away from it.. and it will not be through them

I even TAKE my friends there to make sure they have the same experience I have. This is Family to me, meet Vicki McPhee, John Moten, and Reggie Crawford. Tell them Laletta Hunter Sent you and see the reactions, lol. Love these guys, wouldn't send you no where else. Cars on top of cars they will have you riding away smiling knowing you made the right choice.
I have had the priviledge to work for some very good dealerships in Augusta, but Milton Ruben Chevrolet is by far the best place I have ever been!!! It has been a record breaking year for me as well as the store.

Hello, I brought a brand new 2014 impala and while test driving the car I noticed that the radio was out and I asked the salesmen what was wrong the radio why wouldn't it turn on and he stated that the car was in demo mode. I proceeded into leasing the car. Over the last month my car has been in for repair 4 times to be fixed and I have been in two rental cars because the car actually HAS An ELECTRICAL ISSUE.
