RecommendedMillcroft has been a great place to live! It's clean, quiet and so comfy. I just love it here. Other tenants are respectful. And lots of fun activites for everyone. Andrea and Tony are the best!!!
I have been staying here for the last 5 years. I love this community because the environment here is beautiful and amazing view.It is very close to eating joints,schools and grocery stores.The management is very cordial and they organize a lot of fun activities and parties for the adults and children.The gym is very nice.All my issues related to house have been addressed very quickly.Really happy to stay here and would definitely recommend this place to stay in Milford.
Millcroft is very well priced for its amenities. Nice pool which typically has some office staff there so you don't have any issues. Has a little bark park and basketball court. It's a nice quiet place to live. Close to downtown Loveland if you a bike lover. Office staff is always super friendly and very fast to respond. Its a nice quiet area so close to everything u need in town.

Have been living here for about two years now, and have absolutely no complaints. The buildings and property are kept up very nicely. Any problems I have had with my apartment were taken care of remarkably swiftly. Great and nice staff as well, who plans little events to bring everyone together. Highly recommend coming here if you want a quiet place to live that is taken care of very well.

Super friendly housing staff! You can tell everyone actually cares about residents having a good living experience. Very good bout keeping a community feeling going amongst everyone. Neighborhood is very safe, and everyone I’ve bumped into neighbor wise has been nothing but friendly!
