This is my first time renting an apartment, out of all the other apartment places that I have looked in Milford. Millcroft Apartments are very affordable and the community and staff are so nice here for it being my first apartment ever and helping out with every step of the way with getting a lease signed.

My friends mom lives there and she talks about how great the place is. It’s peaceful and safe, the maintenance men do a good job around the property. The manager does a great job on the parties they have there. He shows how important his residents mean to him. One of the greatest places to live i’m telling ya. 😊
this complex is very clean and well maintained. The apartments are great sized and have a ton of storage. I like the school district and the fact that the apartments are so close to so many things ( restaurants and shopping)
these apartments are spacious, clean, and friendly. i am very impressed by how well the grounds are kept, and i love how close to all the restaurants amd stores it is. very convenient location and in a great school district.
This community is very well managed. The staff makes it a good place to live and for children to grow up. We truly enjoy living here.
