RecommendedMy fiancé and I lived here a little over a year and our apartment building was the one to catch fire last month (human error not the apartment complex’s fault). I am so grateful for all the items you and the community raised for us. They kept us and all affected warm and fed us while the FD did their jobs. We have lived in the townhomes for almost 2 years now and it is a nice place to live. It’s affordable compared to other townhomes and has good amenities. Maintenance is quick and effective and the staff is also very friendly.
We moved to milcroft this year and enjoyed each and every moment of stay here. Staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Enjoyed pool side parties in summer and now waiting for Christmas party :)
Great people and a great atmosphere. I have lived here for 4 years now and the community is nice. My neighbors are quiet. If anyone was looking this is a really great place to live.
This is a Wonderful place to live. I think the service guys are wonderful and your property manager should be told that he is doing a nice job and we can't wait for the Pool to open. Thanks Susan
I love the swimming pool and the fitness room! Just all the extra they do for their tenants! The office staff is professional and very nice. The mantaince staff fix things very quickly.
Mill Croft is amazing. The leasing manager tony has been absolutely Amazing. The place is super gorgeous and I would recommend this place
Very helpful office staff, always friendly. They have never been anything but kind and compassionate. The community and neighbors are like a little family, always looking out for one another.
This is an excellent place to live. Maintenance does an excellent job keeping things running especially for my unit. I just attended an event for the complex and Tony and Andrea do such a great job providing activities for the residents. Recommended.
