Recommendedgreat facilities management is awesome
As a current resident for over a year I have had zero complaints about this community. It is my first long term place outside of my parents house. It is a very quiet, safe, and friendly community. The staff is very quick to response to any issues or questions. I would highly recommend this community.
I have lived in Milcroft for almost a year now and I can honestly say it is the best place I have ever lived. The office staff are wonderful. Any issue i have had has been quickly resolved. I would recommend Milcroft to anyone that is looking for a nice place to live in Milford.
We are excited to be moving in this beautiful place this month. When we visited for the tour of the place and viewed the model. The professional customer service that Tony the manager provided in showing us the viewing of the townhome was very helpful and was able to answer all of our questions. We are looking forward to becoming residents at Millcroft Apartments.

Nice and quiet place to live. People here are nice and you can get help when needed. They also provide a nice gym and a basketball court.

I would highly recommend this community for anyone that is looking for a quiet, well kept place to call home. the staff here is fantastic and the grounds and community are very well cared for. millcroft community has made my transition to Ohio easy and comfortable!
