Recommended3rd day here and I’m loving it so far. Heat works well, brand new carpet is excellent, and overall a nice apartment. Very clean and cozy. Parking lot was well taken care of from the snow. 601

I will be moving in next month and from the start I was impress with the community and the manager Tony help me be not scare since I'm a single mom and never had an apartment always a house so this living is way different for me coming up. It's nice to go to a place where you feel at ease and they make it fun also to think I will be moving in next month. I can't wait until all the party's coming up they have at the community.
I have been living here since 8 months.. since then there have been so many get togethers at the club house.. easily accessible as business 28 is outside.. loved the ambience..
Millcroft is a great community, have lived here for 7 or so years and management has been kind, responsive, and continually has made several upgrades... including amenities such as the pool and gym. #1002
I am so thankful that we found Millcroft! My friend and I were both going through some tough situations and it is just so relieving to be here in a beautiful and safe apartment. The move was easy and quick which was very convenient given our situations. Tony has helped us so much, I really can’t thank him enough for believing in us and simply just being there to listen when I need someone to talk to. I’m a current resident of Millcroft. For a long time I was afraid to move here because of the previous stories I’ve heard. But I met Tony when I moved here, and he told me about all the changes he’s made, and he’s absolutely right. Millcroft is absolutely beautiful, I love my townhome. I’m not sure what the problem is with certain residents on here, but tony works his butt off to fix anything that is needed. He’s always been a phone call away if I need something fixed. Two of my sons share an apartment here at Millcroft #809. When I first visited, I was very impressed by the spacious upgraded apartments and well-maintained grounds. There’s also a pool and gym on the property to use at your convenience! This property is within minutes of schools, I-275 and there’s plenty of restaurants , shopping, and entertainment close by. I would definitely consider moving here myself when my current lease expires.
