RecommendedThis is an excellent place to be. My sister lives here and loves it. I love her apartment and how close it is to the pool. The brick wall she had in her apartment is beautiful and I love it. It adds so much more culture. I have recommended this place to many other people.!

These are great apartments in a great area. They are a bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.
Millcroft is a great place to live I have had family living there for over 4 years now they are have a lot to offer to their tenants like the pool which is always clean, the play ground, basketball courts, weight room and the fairly new dog area

When we met with Tony to sign the lease, he was very thorough and transparent with everything. You can tell he takes pride in this complex. We have only been here for about a week, and already love our place. The location is also perfect. Very happy with Millcroft!

It is a very nice complex the management makes sure everything is taken care of . They make sure the grounds looks nice and not run down.
I've lived in Milcroft townhomes and apartments for almost a year now. The amenities are great, from the playground for kids to the swimming pool. Townhomes are updated with new higher end appliances which is a big plus. I couldn't be happier with management which is very easy to get along with and they bend over backwards to meet your needs.
Excellent and friendly staff, great pool and dog park. Quiet and just a great place to live.
