I was so concerned that I would never get my plumbing issue resolved. This was my second go round in trying to get the drain cleared. The first company was here all day and $900 later, no resolve. From the first call with the service rep, Austin, until the last service visit, Midway continued until they got to the source of the issue, they were able to replace the pipes, find the source of the blockage and now I have free flow bathtub. Had a tech come out to my house and install 1 Fan and 1 outlet! The tech told me he would have to cut into my wall's to run the wire but after he patches the holes and I paint over the patch jobs you wouldn't be able to tell the holes were there! Well after the tech "Patched" the 10 holes I attempted to have my walls painted! Let's just say I wasn't able to "Just paint" my walls! Next time I'll go with another company!
I could have not chosen a better company to replace my hvac unit 3 years ago my hvac had a freon leak today I called them they came out within 1 hour to take look at the problem Shane was dispatched to do the work he was very professional and very friendly he found the problem in a few minutes it had related to a bad soldered joint from possible work from the new install 3 years ago he repaired the problem and the company stood behind their work with � % satisfaction I would recommend their company and would like to thank Sh... read more

came out and found the filter bad and it worked better but still not right 2 days ago and now it totally dead but no way to call the dam company as I be trying for two and a half hours
New ac install yesterday went smooth. What a great team you have, very professional and took the time to answer all my questions. Thank you for the loaner portable ac units! Kept us cool while waiting for the new unit! Thank you for being a great business!
Everything about Midway - from initial contact to the end of the repair visit - was polite, friendly, professional, and prompt! Thankfully we only had a minor part failure with our AC system, but it was a fast and (relatively) affordable fix. August in Florida with no AC is no joke - even for a few hours. Bery happy we called Midway!
