In my experience so far this company has not only impressed me but I have been blown away by the service I've received. They have now been out to my house x3 times for AC maintenance(Jason-4703), HVAC replacement estimate(Tim) & lastly today a plumbing issue(Josh-4611). Upon returning from being out of town ac wasn’t working correctly. Called and a service technician came and after 2+ hrs decided that an entire new system was needed. Paid him the $100 and asked him to leave. Called another company who came out and repaired the problem with minimal charge. I’m posting this because I believe this company was trying to take advantage because the customer was 79 years old and figured they wouldn’t know any better. Beware!!!

I can't even begin to express how grateful I am for Midway! After not having power for 9 days after Hurricane Irma, I was about to have a literal meltdown! Most other companies I reached out to said they were either fully committed or would not be able to do the repair for several more days. Midway arrived to check out the problem within an hour of me contacting them, gave me an estimate of hundreds of dollars less than other companies, and did the job same day in less time than they estimated! They came out today and installed a new A/C system. Excellent work excellent techs. Came out before work was originally scheduled. Was leary ay first because we didn't have power yet. They were going to come and do what they could do. Power was turned on while they were here finished job. Sitting in my cool living room now. Praise God!!!
We hired them to come in and work on plumbing, electrical and gas line. We paid a lot of money. Almost everything they touch they didn't finish properly and we had to have another company come out and fix it. They did just enough to pass inspection and nothing more. Several of the things they did the inspectors had to come out multiple times. We would never recommend them to anyone.
Although they did repair our central unit during the process something was knocked loose and we returned home the next day to a bedroom ceiling that had collapsed due to water leaking. They sent a guy to fix the ceiling but never followed up. They didn't care about the insulation or personal items that we lost. They did call trying to sell us something. Beware that this company has horrible internal communication and does not follow through.
Today you sent a team to install a new AC system and they rocked! Super polite, and professional! Great work!!!
