They are reliable and came within 45 min time frame. The receptionist Suzanne was very polite. Zack the tech that came was very nice and well groomed. He explained my options as to getting a new faucet from Midway or me going to purchase on my own and then him installing. He gave me several options because I needed a new little drain or basket too. Same day service to replace a leaking water heater. Professional installation, courteous and prompt response.
Prompt response to my call. Problem was outside the scope of their services - large appliance issue, which they won't handle. But the serviceman ruled out some possible causes for the problem and didn't charge me for the visit.
Very good experience! Our service technician was very polite and knowledgeable.
Kudos to Chad Mitchell!! He was on time, investigated my problem, told me what had to be done, and successfully accomplished the job. I had a water line leak with water turned off for two days, he was a Godsend to me! Thank you Tom and Midway Services, I will be pleased to recommend Chad Mitchell's work to anyone.
Today I was very fortunate to have Kevin Roberts and Scott come to my new condo and did the repairs that were needed. They were very honest, efficient, friendly and neat. They also gave me A quote on other items which I will be doing within the next 30 days. I highly recommend them and want to thank Midway for sending out to very competent service man.
