Kevin Roberts and his crew did an excellent job installing my washer and dryer!! They arrived on time, were very professional and cleaned up after they were done.....would definitely recommend them!!
We were very impressed with Paul Cuthbert's professionalism and knowledge of his field. He inspected everything very thoroughly and explained the problems to us in a way that was understandable. We appreciated his courtesy and friendly manner. We felt that he was honest and dependable. I especially appreciated that he wore shoes protectors so he won't get dirt on my floor. How thoughtful was that? This company is wonderful if the man they send out are people like Paul.
Incredibly impressed with the level of professionalism and service I received today. Robert, arrived at the projected time, and was patient with my lack of knowledge explaining every detail of the project at hand. Even though I opted to delay the repair for financial reasons, Robert was completely understanding and helpful! I will certainly use Midway in the future and ask for Robert!
This company provides prompt scheduling. Josh, the service man, was so very wonderful and knowledgeable. Reputable, honest and I highly recommend them. I will use them in the future as needed. They service mobile homes also. Thank you to this company.
I just want to say that I had Jason Velez out to my home to look in my attic since my AC lines are up there and while he was here he explained what was going on up there and what needs to be done. He explained what needed to be done and why. He explained step by step so that I could understand. I feel more knowledgeable after he left and would highly recommend Jason Velez and Midway Services for all your HVAC needs.
