Your Company is the most expensive in Tampa Bay area!!! You need to let your new customers know about it, so your service man would not be sent home. Charging $350 for running a snake to clean the kitchen drain, really??? And then your customer care rep calls us back and replies that you are " a Big Company and you have very high overhead" Something is wrong with this picture. Later I've checked reviews from Yelp and found out that is a very common complaint about your company.
Hey Chris H. did an amazing job fixing/installing my new tankless water heater. I can't thank him enough for his knowledge, friendly service, recommendations and truly caring attitude. He went out of his way to make sure everything was right and I got the best deal. First hot shower in 5 days. I am one happy camper.
Thank you Midway services for helping take care of a very "messy" situation. From the office staff who scheduled our emergency service call as quickly as possible to the plumber, Dennis who came out and took charge immediately. My recent experience was very good. The technician, Dennis M., was courteous and professional. There are always little tell-tale signs that distinguishes the "good" from the "better". When I noticed that Dennis took the time to align the manufacturer's logo imprinted on the stop seal with the orientation of the bathroom sink, I knew he took pride in his work. First, I'd like to say you are lucky to have such a dedicated and loyal employee as Stuart Dennis. He was very friendly, prompt and professional. He answered all of my many questions. Stuart educated me about water softeners which I will need in the near future. Being single and living alone I felt comfortable the whole time he was in my house.
