Gunn has the best service department, they are prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. Jose explain everything to my understanding and kept me informed on the status of my vehicle.

This is the worst dealership for after sales strive. They are only there to get your money once they have it, they will not bother. DONOT buy from here. There are other good dealerships in Houston where you can find good agents and Managers. The manager, Juan Martinez is awful. You can never reach him and he will never get back to you. Learn to honor Chevy service discounts even if customers don't have coupon with them. Especially seniors on fixed incomes.
