I worked directly with Tyler Ritter on the purchase of my new Chevy Equinox. He was great, extremely friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to make us happy and have our needs met within our budget. If I was going to purchase another car I would hope to work with Tyler again, or someone just like him. Wonderful Experience. Tracey Dean was extremely helpful with showing us trucks. Tracey was easy to talk to about our budget, and what we were looking for. Midway Motors made the experience extremely easy and completed the transaction in a timely manner. We will definitely be going back when we decide to purchase another vehicle.
We stopped by Midway to tak a look at a Chevrolet Traverse. It was pooring rain out and Rick didn't hesitate to welcome us. He got us ready for a test drive and explained the features of the vehicle. After our test drive he offered his best price and we accepted. He introduced us to Paul Gonzales who assisted us with the financing. Overall we had a great experience and will go to Midway Motors again.
I found our vehicle on auto trader and called to find out information on it. We talked to Christian Smith who is very helpful and polite. Christian did everything possible to get us in this vehicle. He got our payments where we needed them. You couldn't ask for a better salesman. He is a great guy and salesman.
Christian did a great job working with us. We intentionally requested his services since we had purchased a vehicle from him 3 years ago. He was very friendly and patient with us, as were all the other employees we encountered there. He worked hard to come to an acceptable price with us on our choice of vehicle, while not being pushy. He was careful to explain things clearly with us and took all the time we needed to understand some features of our car after the purchase. Great place to do business.
Christian was very professional with his appearance and the way he treated us. I know I can always come back and he will take care of me and my family whenever we are looking for vehicles, during the sale and after.
The customer service was excellent without being pushy. The vehicle was clean and everyone worked very hard to get us in the vehicle we wanted for a great price.
