Overfilled the oil on my Corvette after they listed it wrong in the system. Let it sit for 30 min completed and didn’t bother to tell me so I ordered a Uber for nothing. Checked the car when I got home and it’s 2 quarts over full. I drive back over there and they have people in slacks and button ups who don’t know anything about cars trying to convince me I was wrong as they manipulate the dipstick with their rag, when I check it myself right in front of them it’s clearly 2 quarts overfilled. Took GM vehicle in for an oil change. Vehicle leaking oil from filter on garage floor. Called dealer and they acted like it couldn't be something they did. Emailed service manager no response. I need to have oil changes at a dealer to maintain a powertrain warranty or I'd go it right myself like all my other vehicles.

My experience with this dealership has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I purchased a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Sahara that was advertised in great condition with no issues. However, I discovered that the check engine light was on in the advertisement pictures before the purchase, which the dealership had inadvertently left in. This dealership is the best I have ever been to. I live near Round Rock,Texas and my husband and I drive when we need a new vehicle. We came back again after about 2 years for a newer certified 2023 Blazer. Ben is one of the best salesmen. We said we would come back and we did. We will continue to.
