I just had a horrific accident and Alfred was kind, courteous and extremely empathetic. He drove me around the lot and was very accommodating. I took pics of the one I wanted and said I'd be back once I got the payoff from the insurance. I got Covid. So a few days later I called him up and he got the ball rolling all on the phone.
