Great service Very friendly service team that went out of their way to make sure that my vehicle was serviced and repaired in a timely manner. They took care of everything to ensure that I was not inconvenienced in the process.
Great service, took the car home that day The service was great. Enjoyed talking with them and figuring out what we needed. No hasseling or gimmicks just good honest people. We took our car home that day and it only took a couple hours. Would recommend.
Oil change Service was simple and easy. Got right in and out. Customer service is always good and service people are pleasant. I especially enjoy the cashier.
Service I bought an extended warranty insurance when I bought my vehicle. Jodi at conklin cars refused to help me, stating they don't qork with that type of insurance. Midway took care of my problem quickly, kindly, and had ZERO issues working with the insurance! Midway was friendly and efficient!
Overall good Liked the video inspection. Really helpful. Would be nice if they would do a courtesy wash and vacuum of vehicle when done. When you bring vehicle in clean, you expect it to be clean when they are done. I know a dealership in town that does this. Nice service! Otherwise, they do good work. Jessica {service advisor) and Clint Thomas (service manager) are the best!
