I purchased a 2019 traverse from Sanborn. The back up camera was broken prior to the purchase. Sanborn stated they would fix the camera. 6 years and repeated visits the camera is still not fixed. The service department has been unwilling to fix the matter. No ethical dealer will see you a vehicle that is already broken. A year and a half ago we started bringing the car in for concerns over how the vehicle was driving and expressed that we thought there were transmission issues. Service was excellent from the call I made to them to schedule the oil change to when I checked in to when my car was ready. The service department is very helpful and their customer service is excellent.
