Excellent customer service The staff and manager always give excellent and personalized attention and care to our vehicles. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know! Keep up the great work!
Service with a smile I am always greeted like a friend by service advisors when I arrive. Jessica always touches base when unexpected things arise which I greatly appreciate.
Chevy Malibou Ryan worked well with us in a tough situation. We drove six cars, looked at eight and tried to finance three different cars. On top of that, the bank didn’t finish till Tuesday and he delivered the car from Hutchinson to our house in Wichita.
Very friendly and polite Knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to take time to answer questions. I like that they send a video of our vehicle inspection through text messaging. That is very helpful. I only go to Midway Motors!
Impressed with video My car wasn’t dry from car wash, but everything else was good😉 Thought the patch work on small hole in tire was kinda pricey!
Service Review My service experience was excellent! The team communicated with me from beginning to end, expressing to me any other service issues that needed to be addressed such as filters. Especially was impressed with the service video of my vehicle. The outside wash was a happy surprise. I definitely will use Midway motors for all my service needs!
It was great!! I had such a good experience and Pat was so good to us! He helped us find the perfect vehicle and was not pushy, like previous salemen have been at other locations!! Definitely will reccomend Midway Motors!!
We will continue to use Midway Motors. Our service Tech is the best. Brian Dunsworth is kind and courteous. He is very helpful with possible problems that may arise on our Yukon that he has seen in the past. 5 Stars all day long baby.
Oil Change They were incredibly thorough with the inspection and I was so happy to have the inspection walk through video. It was nice to see where the problems are and be able to evaluate how soon I need to get in to have some maitenance done.
