Dead battery, needed immediate help! The service department at Midway is the best! In particular assistant service manager Jessica Walker goes above and beyond to help. Her service and warranty knowledge is outstanding and makes everything super simple and convenient for her customers. I called this frigid February afternoon because my battery died at the gas pump. Car service Bought car here and get great service. Car was washed after service, oil and filter changed, which was great with all the salt on the road
Quick Service; reasonable price. They got my car in w/o an appointment and had me back on the road in about 45 minutes. Coupons sent to me in the mail were honored with no problems.
Great service They were very friendly, really liked being able to schedule an appointment time. I have additional work to be done under warranty and the were able to accommodate my schedule.
Great experience Had to make an emergency stop in Hutchinson. Great experience with a same day appointment and got the problem solved. They also threw in a car wash which was very needed after all the salt on the roads.
Awesome service and friendly staff I was very happy with the speed of the service. The only thing I would of liked would have been my vehicle washed like the invoice said it was. But that’s ok. I will be back when my vehicle needs serviced again.
