This place is a scam. They had us sign papers thay were irrelevant to make us think we couldn't back out of the deal. When the contracts came up, she didn't explain anything. The charged us 2,000 dollars for a warranty when we didn't need one and expressed we didn't want. They refused to let us have any papers and they lied to us, repeatedly in order to keep us from leaving or backing out. This place is ridiculous don't use go there Mika in finance is rude and threatened customers while I was sitting here. No one knows what they are doing they run around like chickens without a head. Joe K the manager is beyond rude. All the other staff is nice just unfortunately work for a shitty company. Go to any other car lot except this one please
Took my truck there to be repaired. After 5 try's to get it right with no luck,I took my truck. They bent the new hood and dented my fender. I had to take the truck to a different repair shop and so far its over $1200 in damages. I think I could have had a better job done at my lawn mowers mechanics shop! These guys are hacks. Don't take your vehicles there!!!!!
This dealership exceeds at belittling you if you have an issue, not taking responsibility, and is overall a terrible place to buy a supposedly certified used vehicle. I've never met a more rude and disgusting used sales manager. If you sell a product take responsibility, and if you can't take responsibility don't sell the vehicle or at least attempt to accommodate the client and not just satisfy your selfish greed and desire for money.
Never bought a car, never stepped foot in their building. Asked about a car on their website over a year ago and like clock work I get a sales call from their team once a week. No matter how many times I say to stop calling they just keep calling, because of this I will NEVER buy a car from them.
I was contacted by the used car sales and I explain to them I had a car for trade on a $4,000 trade in and $8,000 I was told that I was able to be put into a Chevy Cruze but when I got there they try putting me in a wreck Dodge Caliber or a crappy Ford 500 and was told if I don't like it they can take me to the bullpen to look at used cars that were traded in.
