I've purchased a lot of cars through the years and this was one of the better experiences I've had. Sarah Campbell was honest with me throughout the process (I'm not the easiest person to sell a car to) which is why we purchased from her. Really glad we did because there was minor incident with our truck when we came in to pick it up and they immediately accepted responsibility and reacted appropriately and fairly. I didn't have to push them to do the right thing, they just did it. Very happy customer.
The Body Shop at Midway is top notch. Very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them and their quick lane lube service.
Had my car serviced and was satisfied, got a free car wash and the staff were very friendly and tentative.
I swear it's like nobody in sales knows what they are doing. We have gotten a call all week saying we are approved, but when we called to go down there we were told they needed a new application. We just did a application a week ago. This is the worse dealership ever.

Two recalls on my car. Parts ordered and confirmed received. Appointment scheduled for Monday. It is Wednesday and I still don't have my car. I called today to check status and was told I would receive a call back immediately.... It's been several hours and nobody has called. I will never ever come back. And if anyone ever asks for a recommendation to a dealership I will definitely advise against this one.
They tried selling me a car in there store at a higher price than online
