Jordan Harris did an awesome job, did not try to pressure me into unneeded service unlike my experience at other Chevrolet dealers in the area. We talked guitars, and he explained the upcoming 15,000 mile service for my Camaro. I will definitely be returning to Midway Chevrolet for my service needs.
Made my appointment with their service department for 730 am they said it would only take a couple minutes for my ECM flash. After I signed the paper when They took my car and the said it would be 3-4 hours because they are busy. They should tell people so they can just drop their car off. Horrible customer service. Schedule people accordingly. This place should be ashamed at how their service department is ran.
My salesman was great but once I was taken into the finance office, I was repeatedly lied to. I was told an extended warranty would cover everything for the life of my loan, including interior cleaning and clearcoat treatment for the paint...LIE I was told lenders like to see things like warranties, smartnote and GAP insurance added onto the loan...LIE I was told I could refinance in 6 or 8 months and get a better interest rate and payment...LIE Now I seem to be stuck with a $3,000 warranty that doesn't cover much of anythin... read more
I have had my work done at Midway for many years. My service rep. always lets me know how everything is going and what the cost will be so I don't have any surprises when my truck is finished!
