Took truck in to have power steering unit fixed and peeling rims fixed. When we went to pick up truck after a week, they drove it out with a broken windshield and gouged rim. We called multiple times,windshield was fixed but we were asked to bring it back for Service Manager to look at rims. I guess he was to busy to look at it during the week it was there. In my 20 years of buying cars I have never dealt with such an unprofessional car dealership. The management definitely needs a class on professionalism and integrity. Beware of this dealership and make sure you look into what they tell you, don't just believe what they say! I have to buy a car ASAP but this has left me avoiding all Chevrolet dealerships.
DJ gets 5 stars. He was very pleasant to work with and fought for me to get a good deal. Midway gave a great deal, took it away, but then gave it back. So in the end, they did okay by me. Thanks for the killer deal Chevy.
Beware of purchasing an extended warranty from Midway. I purchased one (shame on me) back in September 2013 sold by Al Gaffney in the Service Department and when I went to use it a couple weeks ago I was told the warranty company cut ties with Midway so I'm sh&t out of luck. I was never notified by Midway or the warranty company (Royal Admin) the contract would not be honored so I'm out over $3500 and the cost of the part $1100! Try to buy a chevy Cruz from them today. However, they became very pushy and rude when we would not sign there little piece of paper that said we would buy today. We told the sales lady we don't sign anything and we are not comfortable with it. She pushed and pushed and try to get us to put anything on that line and I refused.
