Won't stop calling/harassing me. I've blocked about 4 numbers from them. Everytime I ask for them to take me off the lost. I wanted a Camaro but ended up getting a Mustang. For those of you looking at a Camaro you got to first look into a Ford. The layout of the car sold me on it.
The worse service department I’ve ever ran across. The rudest service advisor I’ve dealt with. He said my repairs were not covered under warranty when they surely were as well as my rental car. He started to argue with me about it. Great customer service,NOT. So I went to another dealership they fixed everything and then another problem you all didn’t even find. Zero out of pocket. Will never buy another car from midway or take any car for service.
Midway Chevrolet sales team was fantastic! Friendly & knowledgeable. They got me into a a new car that was within my budget and has lots of features.
I just bought a car from here on Saturday. My salesperson was be D'Andre and he was very nice and understanding to my needs and wants!! I also told my brother and he was out by another salesman named Ray and he was amazing as well!
Horrible sales tactics. They had a recent tent sale, and left the lower prices on the vehicles "on accident". Except, they didn't tell us that those prices weren't the actual prices until they came to us with their first offer which was astronomically higher than we expected. This was after insisting we take a test drive, and having us sit in the cubicle for over an hour! It was like I was in a bad comic strip about used car salesmen.
Worst service I have ever had! My mother has bought 4 cars here and have treated her well till now. This is the last time she ever comes here! The stuff they tried to pull is shady, the people here are downright rude and unprofessional. The new young lady in parts has the worst attitude. There was an employee in the customer waiting area cursing up a storm saying he “fucking hates when customers leave their messes everywhere.” Time to clean house Midway!
I had a very good experience over the weekend purchasing a new Tahoe.
Brad in customer service is just a great guy and is great at getting what needs to be done to make his customers Happy! My dad got his tran replaced and back in our drive way in 2 days
