Horrible dealer! Sold me a car with a bad trans and is just sending me around the ringer telling me the sound is normal. The trans sounds like rocks in a dryer and so I was going to trade it back in and they say I lost 7500 in equity after only having for 2 months and 2500 miles won't recommended to anybody
I wasted 5 days of my life from 02/19/2018- 02/22/2018 with empty promises of having a car left all five days with no car just to hear the bank wants more money after day five, for a deal that we had already set and they told me that it was going to work and I was going to have a car. I felt like they knew this all along. The few of the sales people I did deal with were cool but the financing department was very slow and unprofessional. This was our third vehicle from them. They have really improved their pace. It used to take 7 or 8 hours for the runaround, but this time was quick.
Great and fast repairs done, my service advisor Blake Scott was great!! What I though was going to be a minor repair turned into a bigger repair unfortunately but he assured me everything would be fixed properly. They ordered the parts, had everything a few hours later, and my car was immediately worked on. The work I had done was worth it and now my car with the new parts looks brand new! Thanks Midway Chevy!
We had been offered a good deal through the mail and our contact was Alex. She provided us with the information about the car types that my spouse was interested in. We weren't able to get there for three days but the specific car we wanted was sold, Understandably so as they are in demand. They were friendly, kind and worked with us to find something that fit our needs and within our price range. That is exactly what they have done. Our experience was great and we can say nothing ill of any of the process to this point.
