Bought my 06 Dodge Dakota from midway. I had a great experience and everyone there was nice and helpful. The only real issue i have is they fixed my A/C but cracked my dashboard. They told us they cracked it and ordered a new part for it and they would call us when it came it. I havent heard anything and its been a few weeks. The only reason why im not flying off the handle is this is a Chevy dealer and im driving a Dodge. It takes time for parts of other vehicles to be located and sent. I have had a rough couple months with vehicles. Previously I had gone to Bill Luke & I got so ripped off & feel like they took advantage of me knowing I was in a desperate situation. Aaron, Alex & Corey took great care of me at Midway yesterday. They got me into a brand new 2017 Chevy Malibu with everything that I wanted- & for $10 cheaper a month than my vehicle at Bill Luke that was very basic (it didn't even have power windows or locks!! ��) I felt they were truly genuine in trying to help me get something I'd love. Called last weekend about getting duplicate keys made. Was told if I have the blanks it is free. Huge problems with having to have registered owner there with ID, since one was going to be for my son's vehicle. We were able to schedule to both go on Monday, we went in, and I was told it was $20.99 per key. They would not even consider that I was told otherwise.
