Do not, under any circumstances, allow this place to have your phone number. Despite multiple requests to them to stop calling, they absolutely refuse to remove you from their call list. I've told them I will never do business with them again, yet they persist. Stay away at all costs.
what a JOKE. I went in looking for a new Chevy Truck. It was advertised almost 9000 off MSRP went in for test drove talked with salesman and Finance manager and the price was no where near 9000 off. Place is a JOKE. We found a Dodge at Larry H Miller in Surprise and got 20 % MSRP.. as advertised from their ad. Midway is like a bait and switch.
I was there for 3 hours. I told them in the first place I did not want to come up there from Chandler. Even pre-qualified,they said oh we can definitely do it because they're offering $6,000 over Kelly Blue Book for your trade. I got up there and after waiting 3 hours they said I was to negative in the vehicle I am in and turned me down. I am driving a 2015 Malibu with 9000 miles on it. Won't go there again. Now their sending messages again.
I liked Gil. I liked Midway. But they lied to me. Then they tried to get me back. I have posted this 4 times now. I don't get it. They have no clue. Why are car dealers crooked? It sucks. I just want Midway to tell me why they told me I had a Platinum warranty, but told me I was a liar when the seat in my car broke. Chevy even knew, and paid 50% of Midway's lie. But NO! They will hold strong. If you hear from Gil. Keep walking

I have never liked the sales department at Midway Chevrolet. I had a very bad experience when I bought my Monte Carlo. I recently purchased an SUV from another dealership and used midway for the service yesterday. Hugh was a great service manager. I will go back to the service department because of him. Thank you Hugh. My FiveStar rating is because of the service department but I agree with all of the other comments relating to the dealership that the sales department is terrible.
