I bought a car from them 2 years ago and they will not stop calling me. they have called me at least once a month sometimes 2 or 3 times and I have told told them to stop many times yo no avail
My 18 year old daughter just purchased a 2017 Chevy Cruze from Midway Chevrolet and I did not co sign. We had some major obstacles to overcome along with being very patient, but we were taken very good care of by Joe & Kim in the finance department. My daughter was able to qualify on a special program with GM, received a decent interest rate and is given a chance to start building credit. Yes!!!! Sales?! Love Midway. Bought my last three vehicles there since 2000, have a had a few service items done and several oil changed. They always take great care of me and my rides. Big Al Gaffney is my main Service Rep now and he is a Rock Star! Hey... Buying a car isn't fun but... They're made it pretty easy and the service after the purchase is tip notch. I won't buy anywhere else.
If I could give ZERO stars I would. I have sent several emails and requested by phone to be removed from their call list. Yes at one point I was looking for a car and I've let them know I'm no longer in need. Calls and emails are constant and harassing!!!
From the day I pulled out of the parking lot after buying my car I've had problem after problem most caused by the employee's themselfs. Been a yr later and the work still isn't complete. On top of new problems with a bumper to bumper warranty they are saying some stuff isn't covered. From lying service reps saying the person I need to talk to isn't there. as I can clearly see him walking back and forth for the last 15mins while talking to service.
