Absolutely amazing! From sales to finance everyone is awesome
I traded a 1 1/2 year old Spark in on a 2018 Sonic. My salesman was Romario and hes was so personable and friendly. I never thought they could get me in a brand new vehicle at the monthly payment that i stated. Well, they did. I think i was still in shock when i left the dealership! Thanks to the Midway team for an awesome experience.
Do not buy a GM car. They do not honor their warranties. (trying to make this review as least emotional as possible as we are devastated with a broken car) We bought a 2012 Chevy equinox which started experiencing engine problems and high oil consumption right around 80,000 miles. Soon after we started experiencing the problem we received a letter in the mail stating that if we had high oil consumption it was likely due to piston ring wear. If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would . They are terrible !!!! I would not recommend them at all ! I wrote a check and they said they would hold it til I got my check from the other dealership for cancelling my gap and my warranty and they deposit it twice . I called multiple times and all they would do is pass me around over the phone . It took me 2 months to get my extra key . I got my car in December and didn’t get my key til February. And I had to drive over an hour and I was told it was done and when I got the... read more
Other than the beyond annoying, and sooo lacking in any real sincerity, Sales Managers walking thru the service area waiting room and trying to talk others in to buying a car that they can't afford, my time spent waiting for my car to be fixed was long but okay. Thank goodness I brought a book !.. I will give a BIG thumbs up to Service Advisor Blake Scott, he was wonderful and very helpful in keeping me updated and explaining things along the way as I waited and waited for my car to be fixed.
