I cannot thank Midway enough. They took the time to host a fantastic lunch for the second graders at Village Meadows Elementary School. Not only did they feed them and have Santa visit. But they also presented every child with a bicycle, helmet, and lock. On top of all this, they then gave them each a Santa bag full of toys. My daughter couldn't stop talking about it all night. You guys rock and I appreciate you!!!
Bought my 08 vette at volvo right next door. Three years later took it to get serviced at volvo and they basically kicked me off the lot. So I went to midway and they gave me a brand new rental car for four days and kept me updated every day until she was ready. And the extra coverage I got when I bought the car covered everything. Very very very satisfied with these guys. Thanks
I will NEVER purchase a vehicle there again! They sold me a crappy car and continue to call and harass me about getting another one. I have a new car from Nissan and I do not ever want a Chevy again!
Midway is one of the worst dealerships there is. They have had my brand new truck for almost 2 months and can't figure out what is wrong with it. They have no customer service and they give you the run around over and over. I wouldn't but ANYTHING from them.
They are the worst dealership in Arizona. Customer service is horrible stay away!!!!
A sales manager named Jay, is one of the BEST if not THE BEST in LISTENING, then INTELLIGENTLY ANSWERING all my questions. No salesman 'schtick' or hidden agendas. He was patient and a great help in GUIDING me to. buy a 2015 Chevy Impala. Arguably the best car and service I have ever received. Thank you.
This place is a joke! Over 2 weeks to finance a deal, only to be told it fell through
The worst experience I have had at a car lot. Had the truck for almost 2 weeks to be told I didn't get the loan. I feel like they undid the deal instead of fixing the fact that they sold me a truck with the wrong engine.
They will harass you with phone calls from the sales department and service departmentt about their specials and the trade in programs. They want our chevy for a trade in but we keep telling then we got rid of it a year ago and got a Ford. I will never buy another Chevy since they have to use these tactics to get costumers. I have bought a 2005 Ford f150, 2009 Ford superduty and a new Ford Escape and we have never got a phone call from them.
