This company is horrible, my car was on the lot for approximately 5 days. When I got it back I found a knife over a foot long stashed underneath my driver seat. People don't just hide knives in others people's car for no reason. This is INSANE. What kind of people do you employ.
I had an appointment to get oil change/tire rotation/zaktak application. came home with nothing done. wanted to charge me for free oil change and tire rotation. I was once told I could not get free oil change until it was below 20% life left. today I am told I should have come in last month that I waited too long. one oil change before the technician that did the job did not tighten the filter enough. the engine started leaking they changed oil but charged me one of my free changes. never again will I purchase from this deal... read more
The last time I bought a car was nine years ago, and it was a terrible experience (from Toyota in Hopkinsville). I had the privilege to work with Alex Padron from Midway. He was very professional, friendly, and approachable. I didn't feel like I was being hounded or pressured to buy a car I didn't want or couldn't afford. They never stop harassing you to buy another vehicle! They call and call and call. All hours of the day! Don't buy here or give any personal information.
The only reason they got 1 star is because I couldn't choose zero. Do not buy anything from this dealership. Midway sales reps lie, they make false promises, rush you through the paperwork (which only a lawyer can inderstand) in order to hide their lies. The service center is hard to work with and the when you need something they say sure come in but when it's time to fix it definitely not covered. This has got to be the worst dealership I have ever done business with. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! RIP OFF! They do not stand by their vehicles. They do not handle their warranty work at all. They are so disorganized it's pathetic. Please think twice about using this dealership and wasting your time and money.
Sales Dept are a bunch of Liars. They let you take the vehicle home to try it out and when you return the next day they raise the price 10000 dollars. Worst non professional group I have ever dealt with.
