I know Midway isn't BBB accredited but I went ahead and filed a complaint anyways. STOP CALLING US! We live 1000+ miles away, so I probably won't be visiting you for my next car buying experience. Good Lord I've told that to so many car salesmen calling me. we don't even answer unknown calls from 602 area code anymore because you know it's them.
Used car department isn't worth your time. Salesman I had was rude and clueless.
We were told our vehicle would be done yesterday. We did not receive a call about progress. I had to call at 5. I left a voicemail and did not receive call back. I had to call at 5:45 to only find out my vehicle would not be ready until tomorrow. In our plan we are supposed to receive a rental car if it was a day or more service. that didn't happen either and I have called twice today no calls back. Very un satisfied with the customer service communication
I bought two vehicles here, paid 28,000 CASH for 1 and less then a week later it started having electrical problems . I reported it immediately and a year and a half later its still having the SAME problem and they refuse to repair the issue. Im not rich at all so thank you midway for robbing me of my hard earned money. I would advise no one to buy from here EVER !!!!
Worst dealer to buy a car from in the valley. Bought a 2013 Chevy in June, pushed the sale through, found out the tires had plugs in them. Went back two days later, and they wanted me to pay another $1,200.00 for new tires. When I bought the 10 ply for only $526.00. Now I've got groin tent problems.

I just wanted to come on here and say just how happy we were leaving the service station on Saturday. When we originally brought our car in almost 2 weeks ago and there was a miscommunication from the shop on what the replaced part would fix. The next day I got in contact with the manager, Dan Joyce, and let him know of my displeasure with our initial interaction.
