The Denver, Colorado "Broadstone on 9th" apartment leasing office changed their computer system and failed to carry over my auto-payment information. As a consequence, my rental payment did not get made. That should never have happened. Deleting my auto-payment information was done unilaterally and is unacceptable. A properly run apartment rental business would never operate in such a manner. Evidently, at Broadstone on 9th, their priorities are internally focused, not customer oriented, and I do not recommend leasing from t... read more

The following is a list of issues that I endured while living there; we had no pool for 6 months of the year because landlord would not fix the pool heater, the gated community was not gated for 2 months as they were broken and left wide open. These are things that are directly built into determining the cost of rent. If I were to look for an apartment in that area that did not have a pool or was not a gated community; the rent would have been a great deal less. I contacted Alliance because I felt we should have been compens... read more

What is the point of a pre-move out inspection when the building management never does it? I moved out of *** ****** ** ********* ** on July 14th. My pre-move out inspection was scheduled for July 9th and it never happened. I even ran into the super, Raymond E******, after it became apparent that the pre-move out inspection didn't happen. I told him that he can go into the apartment on July 13th for the move out inspection, after returning to the apartment on July 14th, it was again apparent that this never happened. I even ... read more

Good evening. I leased apartment 1750 in early July. I was told less than 2 weeks of my moving date September 6th. I was notified just last Thursday, August 23rd that this apartment complex ********** ***** does not have their permit of occupancy for resident's to live there yet. With this unfortunate turn of events and lack of notification is rude. I was then told today, August 29th that the office should know something by 4PM that day. I Called and I was then told that they don't know anything and won't know something unti... read more

I recently lived at Regatta Sloan’s lake and it was the worst place I’ve ever lived at. This was mainly due to the poor management that runs this location. When I moved out of my apartment I spent an entire day cleaning it to make sure we left it nicer than when we moved in. From scrubbing the base boards to cleaning the blinds etc. When we moved in there was dirt and hair balls all over the floor as well as paint splatter all over the floors. Well we were charged almost $350 to paint the walls. The walls were in great shape... read more

We moved out of the Carillon Apartments in Nashville (owned by Alliance Residential at that time) on April 30, 2018. When we turned in our keys we were told we also needed to turn in 4 pool pass bracelets that had been issued to us a year earlier, or we would be charged $25 per bracelet. We did not have the bracelets with us at that time but were told we could bring them back in at a later date. We found 3 of them, which we returned on May 4, 2018. Luckily we had the person who we gave them to in the office sign a document t... read more

Yes I know it is long review to read but trust me when I say this, I am doing everyone a favor. This complex instills complete incompetence when managing it's units and tenants. I will give you several examples of the poor management and poor maintained units I have dealt with here: First issue: When I visited this complex before I signed a lease I was shown two bedroom apartments that they had and floor plans. They quoted me around $700+ per month for rent. The complex was a bit dirty and beat up but for that price I was wi... read more

I lived in an Alliance Residential property in Aurora, CO since August 2016 until March 2018. At that time I decided to move and downsize apartment size the rent kept increasing exponentially. I chose an unit in the same complex since I enjoyed the community and liked the location. Unfortunately our experience was horrible, to say the least. Got an apartment that was smoked in and smelled really bad. The local management didn’t want to do anything and dare to say: It wasn’t can aretes just vaping. The carpet wasn’t even cle... read more

I have been in touch with the local property management affiliate for Alliance for more than one month now. I have called multiple times each week, left voicemails, and talked with her at the office. I moved out of Aire Condominiums in Salt Lake City on May 4, 2018 and my lease expired on May 6, 2018. The final balance sheet was sent to Alliance on May 25, 2018. It has been two months since this date and I have not received my security deposit or final months rent reimbursement back despite my lease stating "Landlord agrees ... read more
