The service department promised to have my vehicle ready in 2 hours, it took 6 hours. This is after several calls from me to inquire, the first call went to a voice mail and the second call sparked the repair to begin. My repair ticket stated it only took 1.5 hours to repair. I had an appointment at 7 a.m. and arrived at 6:50 a.m., third car in the stalls. I will be taking my Dodge Charger to another location from now on.
Stay far away from this place!! Bought our new car here and we had issues with the payoff of our trade in but we managed to get that worked out after several phone calls and trips to the dealer. The biggest issue I had was for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Picked the car up after service and it had a horrible shimmy and when they put our car on the lift they crushed the body in all four points where they lifted car.
