I am a very picky buyer, the truck had to be just right for me. The salesman Ryan Momphard was very patient with me. I spent countless hours researching, test driving different vehicles. I was never rushed into buying, everyone I encountered was very friendly, and I was treated with up-most respect. Thank you to the whole team at Napleton's!
This dealership is the worst they do not answer their phone for service I now have catalytic converters that are out and they told me there was nothing wrong with the car when they were under warranty will never own another Jeep and will never go to Napleton Mid Rivers again they even called and said they had problems with their service department please come back try to make a call today it's $139 for them to tell you what's wrong with your car it's $69 to get your transmission fluid checked what a joke Jeeps are nothing bu... read more
Totally destroyed my vehicle in their service department. Left parts disconnected resulting in over $30,000 dollars of damage and refused to acknowledge any responsibility. Horrible business. Complete scam artists. Stay away!!!

Your service department could put a little more "service" for there customers and the mechanics could use a little more caution on and around a customers vehicle.
We live 4 hours from the dealership and had to have our vehicle towed to and from dealership. Katie was an absolute joy to work with! Great commutation and went over-and-beyond to accommodate us. We will definitely have her help us in the future.
I had an issue that took several weeks to handle, but the sales manager Kerry Brown went above and beyond to make it right.
Technician states unburnt fuel is causing smoking issue in my challenger rt and that is normal operation that it takes 4 hours to replace trunk shocks. This dealership keeps nothing in stock. So any warrenty works takes several days without a rental. Please save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere. This is not my first bad experience here.

I understand that can be frustrating however I hope you understand that keeping parts for every Chrysler Dodge Jeep Or Ram In stock would require a warehouse 3 times the size of the building and that may not be enough.
