RecommendedI deleted my bad review and decided to write a new one. Yes, I had a bad experience. However, the new service manager bent over backwards to get a good outcome out of it so thank you.
We are having the worst experience with the service department here. We scheduled an appointment on 8/3 and they just got to look at our van today 8/10 and then wanted to charge us $250 for a dead battery. It's dead because they let it sit on the lot for a week! I have had to call between 5 and 20 times every day just to get a hold of some one for an update on our vehicle. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!
In and out, and no bs. Upfront honest sales men and management. Great customer service with a smile!
My husband and i tried 5 times to get an estimate on our car. We went up twice but they were too busy to help us. The other 3 times they texted us and said they were working on it. Its been over 2 weeks... Still nothing.
Could not have asked for a better experience buying a new vehicle. Brian Hart and the rest of the Napleton team made the buying process easy and didn’t pressure us to do anything we were not ready for. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle to talk to these guys! We went home happy in a beautiful Jeep and couldn’t be happier with our entire experience here!
They are deceptive when scheduling service. They book you for an appointment and then not get to your vehicle for at least a week. Once you figure out what they are doing. It’s too late to go to a different dealer. The service department is the slowest I have ever dealt with. The service writers blame a third party that schedules the appointments. That is total BS. This will be my last visit ever to that we ever make to Napleton’s. Management could care less about its customers and will lie to you every time.

We just purchased a jeep from Napletons and our Sales Associate Jeff Moss and Sales Manager Randall were absolutely AMAZING people to work with. Very helpful and knowledgable. Went above and beyond. Would reccomend them to anyone looking for a Jeep (or dodge, Chrysler or Ram).
