The Service Department is horrible. I don't understand why they can't answer the phone or return messages. Makes me not want to buy another dodge again.
Don't know where to begin... The service department (Kyle) and the mechanics went above and beyond any dealer I've ever used. When it was basically a lost cause with my vehicle the sales people and all that includes (from Natalie to Ryan, to the man who did his best on my trade in and Mike) I am more that satisfied and grateful! We will be back and will recommend Napleton Mid Rivers CDJR! THANK YOU!
