This is our second purchase. The first one was terrible but the owner Ted fixed it so we gave another chance. Brian was amazing and knowledgeable. The whole team was great on getting me into the Jeep I wanted with a great price and interest rate!!!

I had an amazing experience at the Napleton Mid Rivers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Yesterday I had an appointment to meet with Ms. Sara to purchase a new car. When I arrived I was greeted by the sales team and they helped me while she was on a test drive, Once she returned she spent 3 hours helping me figure out what car I would like and what payment option I would feel more comfortable paying. Hands down the BEST experience I've ever had purchasing a new car. If you need fast, reliable and friendly service, this is your place. Brian Hart got us in and out in the car we picked in less than a day. I'm still in disbelief at the amazing service we received.
I highly recommend not using them I am currently talking to my attorney and taking them to court for credit fraud shady people and poor customer service
Tried to make the worst deal sound the best deal for me. The offer was given by the salesmans but the numbers were tweaked by the finance guy who made me sign all the paperwork before showing me the finance numbers. They promised to give 3k over book value for my car worth at 12k book value, but the offer was 14k only with the condition i got the 1300$ warranty which I was told was going to be "thrown" in there leading me to believe it was free.
