The people there are top notch, I bought my 300 from them and they were very friendly and great people to work with. I will be buying from them again
Inquired about a new wrangler. I've been shopping around and asked for some numbers of what 2 different models would be "best out the door price" ......... aaaaaaaand never heard a word back. If they can't call to try and sell you a car, imagine the service you get after purchasing.

While visiting in MO June 26, 2017 my ram 3500 4wd service light came on. I stopped here and asked for help. I am from Louisiana so I tried to explain to service tech my issue and please help me. I told her truck is under warranty. Her reply was I cannot help you we are 3 days behind. With that I went to All Star and spoke to Katy Wilkinson who took my truck repaired it and put me in a rental so my vacation was not interrupted. Truly an example of what customer service is. Please beware of Napleton Dodge. You will waste countless hours trying to resolve any issues that most likely will come up. I don't want anyone else to experience the same hassles that my family has experienced by buying from this dealership. We have been trying to resolve customer service issues with this dealership for over a year. Do yourself a favor and think about that when you are deciding where to spend your hard earned money.
