Don't order a vehicle from them! We ordered the new Pacifica Hybrid because there are none available on the lot. We were told it would take 8-12 weeks for the vehicle to get here. Then never heard from them again. It took multiple phone calls and 3 in-person trips to the dealership for us to get any information on the status of the car. The end of the 12 weeks is in 4 days. They told me they "have no idea where it is" and can't give me any information on when it is coming.
Do not take you car here to have any work done of it, they will rip you off. I took my car for a safety inspection so I can get plates for it. They told me that 3 of the sway bar links needed to be replaced which is fine. The issue is they wanted to charge me $1,200 to replace them. I decided to get a 2nd opinion as I felt this was highway robbery, and I was right.
