Was promised a lot of things and they did not deliver, overpaid for a little bit of nothing. Do not recommend
First Bruce and sean saved my business there was a sales manager there named Matt that lied to me about the pricing with my other half in negotiations second it is illegal to deliver a vehicle sold in the state of Missouri without a title at time of sale it took almost 2 weeks to get me a title some people that buy vehicles know the law and penalties against a dealership for doing this I would not recommend this business. The absolute worst customer service from service department. Makes me regret buying a vehicle from them. They have no clue how to treat a customer.
Absolute disrespectful customer service. Needed help today with my car and was phone tagged and hung up not once but twice! Last time I had to have my car checked for performance issues; they took 3 days to get back to me with diagnostic results! I'll never use them again. Napelton you can take me off your mailing and service list as I am finished with you!
I was window shopping and Rob L was great. Very patient and knowledgeable. I was indecisive but Rob was patient and not pushy. This made my experience nice.
I appreciated the politeness and knowledge of Rob Langro while car shopping. He was very helpful and friendly.
