I just bought a 2016 Town & Country Platinum Edition. Ray Machalek was my salesman and he was awesome. He found just what I was looking for and made the transaction easy and fun. We lover our Jeep and had a good buying experience but we are having a terrible time with the service department. I've been trying to get a warranty key for almost two months now and after 9 messages still have not received one call back from them, I am tired of calling and it is ridiculous that it is taking so long especially since I had to make a special trip out there to show paperwork (on July 1st) that I purchased the warranty.
