So I was just flirting with the idea of getting a new/newer car when I found myself in Napleton's dealership. I was approached by a very friendly sales man named Rob Langro. He made looking at the Jeeps so much fun I am actually considering buying a new jeep now, thank you Rob... I think!
I live out of town and was in Missouri visiting family. I stopped by your dealership and looked at some Jeep Cherokees. Frank Shaffer Jr. was the Salesman who helped me. I had a bad experience with a previous purchase of a Jeep that Chrysler bought back. After talking with Frank Shaffer Jr. and him explaining to me how far Jeep has come with their newest model I am seriously considering purchasing another Jeep. Frank was courteous, informative and super helpful. Thanks Frank. You really changed my idea of salesmen.
