Bought a brand new Journey 3 years ago from here. I have never once had a pleasant experience since. My car went "missing" for 5 days while in for an oil change. When I try to make appointments here for service I get put on hold forever or people making the most obnoxious sounds followed by laughing and I get "disconnected" every time. It's literally takes at least 5 calls before I can even make an appointment. My salesmans name was Tex and if you need or want a vehicle he is the one to see. He went over the vehicle twice with me and was very thorough about how to work all the buttons, bells and whistles on my Jeep Cherokee. He showed all the different compartments and there purpose. He had a great sense of humour while still focusing on answering all my questions. We got the deal sealed in no time. They have a friendly and professional staff there. Thank you all so much especially Tex.
Worst 2 1/2 hours for a express oil change.need wipers outstock staff was nice. Will not go there for oil change or wiper blades
By far, this was the worst experience I have ever had at dealership. After unsuccessful, lengthy negations the day before, the salesman called me at home the next morning. I raised my offer, and the salesman assured me the deal was done. i asked for clarification three times, and each time he promised me we had a deal. So, I drove there, again, and guess what? Trying to get new tires and they want me to come back on Christmas Eve to get aligned. Car supposed to be done by 4 and still here at 5: 28 waiting. They should not have told me it would be done by 4 if they could not keep this! Would have left yesterday and went somewhere else for the four new tires, where it would have been completed and aligned in two hours.
