I have had very good luck with the service department
I went to Ed Napleton Jeep to get a new car after 13 years and ended up buying 2 Jeep Compasses to replace both of my aging vehicles. After a few hiccups and some minor paperwork errors, the sale was complete. Frank Schaffer Jr. did a great job getting me what I asked for, and Bruce Mady worked out a fair deal for both vehicles and go my payments where I asked them to be.
