I bought my Toyota RAV4 here a year ago. Last month my car was making noises. So I called the dealership to schedule an appointment and the guy that fixes the car told me that they won’t take a look at my car because it’s a Toyota. I told him I bought it there. He was so rude. How he was talking to me.

I would not recommend this dealership! I bought a vehicle from them 2 months ago. I brought it in for an oil change last weekend. I was told the service worker left my keys out and when some individuals broke into the dealership, my vehicle was stolen. The dealership denies all responsibility, claiming the same thing could have happened in a Walmart parking lot. I've never seen a service shop fail to stand behind their work like Napleton. I've had two repairs fail and its been a nightmare working with this service group. All the $9 oil changes in the world wouldn't make me happy with this place.

Very dishonest people from mangers to sales reps. They will screw you over to get a sale from whoever has the most money.
