honor service appointments and stay on time. Warn people upfront about delays rather than letting them wait hours for nothing to start. Happened multiple times to service program customers which should be treated as valued customers.

We just bought a 2012 Camaro Convertible from Napletons Mid River CJDR. We had a great time with Chance Vollmer and Bruce. It was entertaining dealing with them and we got a great car at a good price for both Napletons and ourselves. If you are looking for a new or used car, they would be worth the time to go see. I highly recommend buying your vehicle for Napleton's!! We were buying our first car and Chance was our salesman and I am so glad that he was! Not only was he friendly and knowledgeable but he was transparent with everything we did! I don't think we could have had a better experience. Chance was amazing but everyone that we spoke with was super nice as well. They really make you feel welcome and not once did I feel pressured to do anything we weren't sure about. I can't thank them enough for making this as easy as it was.
Had an appointment for an oil change at 11:45 showed up early. By a few minutes to 12 I exited my Jeep and walked in there was a line of vehicles waiting by the express line. Told the attendant I had an 11:45 appointment for just an oil change. He said well it will be an an hour and a half to and hour and forty five minute wait is that ok? I said that is not okay. Terrible customer service. I made an appointment for a part to be replaced on a recalled airbag. I waited 3 hours and it never even went into the shop because of an error they made entering it into the computer. Nobody apologized for the mistake or wasting my time. I asked for my keys back and made an appointment at another Jeep dealership.
Ryan is so awesome and great at his job! He answered all my questions and got me my dream car when no one else could!! I looked at a lot of different places but I wish I would of came here first. I will not go anywhere else in the future and hopefully Ryan will still be there !
