I scheduled an appointment to have my oil changed on a vehicle that I purchased there last year. It took them 3 hours to complete the oil change. That will be the last time I take a vehicle there and definitely won't be recommending Napleton Auto group to anyone else.
Just bought a brand new 2020 Jeep Rubicon from here! I had one of the smoothest and painless transactions at this location. Ryan Momphard, our sales person went above and beyond to make the buying process amazing. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through everything I needed to know to operate and have fun with my new Jeep. Do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from here. I purchased a vehicle from them over 4 months ago and I still have not received my title. Whenever I call them to figure out what is going on, they either send me to a voicemail or tell me they never had the title. To add insult to injury they cracked my key fob while installing the remote starter and have no explanation as to what happened and refused to fix it for me. Would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from here, especially if you are a first time buyer
