DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THEM!!! I just did a few weeks ago. They wouldn't let me have a third party check it out (it was "against their policy") which was a HUGE red flag. I really loved the car, though, and I trusted them, so I bought it. Paid $12,000 and two days later it started leaking oil. I tried reaching out to the dealership multiple times. No response. The Customer service was up several notches and a huge thank you goes out to Dan, the head man...my Sales rep, Nate...and my fiancee rep, Logan just to name a few. I highly recommend Napleton’s Mid Rivers Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. Ryan Momphard was so helpful and full of energy. Dan Loggins did everything he could to get us in the perfect vehicle that fit our budget. My favorite part about our experience had to be when the whole crew came out to celebrate the purchase of our new 2020 Jeep Renegade! We could use some more cowbell next time though. 😉 Our two Great Dane puppies are super excited about our bigger vehicle! #ToNewAdventures — with Danny Zammit.

salesmen lie, but what salesman doesn't. they don't have knowledge of their product. they don't treat people with respect. worst dealership experience I've ever had. and I've bought over 30 new vehicles in my lifetime. I was also told the online pricing was a hoax by the salesman. he also told me all dealerships are shady, including his own
We dealt with Ryan Momphard and he was very kind and helpful. The whole team at Napleton Jeep was great.
Jessica and Dan were both helpful and friendly in getting my wifes new car. I would recommend them to anyone.
