I Love It Here. My Amazing, wonderful, lovely female sales representative ERIN went all the way out for me. To get my dream car, she has great customer service an outstanding personality. She actually met me in the parking lot in this hot heat. To see what brought me in to Napleton. And i said a Dodge Charger, i was looking for pre-owned and now driving off with a BRAND NEW 2020 DODGE Charger. Thanks So Much Erin I Highly Recommend her.

Saw a car online walked in to test drive it and was told that a salesman would have to ride with me. In the middle of a pandemic and he had no mask made me feel uncomfortable. Talked to the sales manager about it and he completely blew me off and made me feel as if he wasn’t interested in me or my money. I was looking forward to buying a car from Napleton for my daughter who is heading off to college. But looks like that won’t happen!
Love this place! Erin Convy was my salesperson and she was terrific! I felt so comfortable with her and she helped me pick out the perfect Jeep Wrangler. I wasn’t sure what model I should go with with so many Jeeps on the lot but Erin made sure to help me find out what I really liked. She really knew the product well and that helped me make an easy decision. I wore my mask and she was courteous enough to ask if I wanted her to wear one.
