This company lied to get me to drive 1.5 hours to look at a truck that they sold the day before. they also lied when I first got there and told me that it didnt pass inspection so they took it off the site even though it was inspected and worked on beforehand according to the trucks carfax.... if you go to this please make sure you have someone with you who knows what they are doing. I bought my very first car here. They did not mention anything about a $3000 warranty. Even when we were going over the paperwork instead of having me read it he said oh I will explain everything to you as we go. Even then nothing of a warranty came up. Went yesterday for an appointment to look at car was 47 minute drive when I got there looked at car then they told me it sold! Never got a call saying it sold guess they figured I would buy something else. Then had issues with getting a salesman who knew what he was doing. I had to look up prices and see what everything was on my own. I don’t recommend this place. Waste of time and leaving you hanging.
I’m not one to typically leave a negative review, but this one needs to be put out there. Napleton service department is a joke. I bought my last jeep there which was a great experience and I would highly recommend Gary the salesman. But as far as the service department, I would take your business elsewhere. There is a current service bulletin out for wranglers in regards to steering and I have been experiencing every single one of the symptoms per the bulletin.
